Before installing a garage opener an inspection should be done on the garage door. Is the door balanced, how does the door cycle up and down, does the door have support on all four corners, and more? This door had several issue's that needed to be addressed before installing the opener. Especially since this is the first opener the garage has ever seen. The pictures show no support for the back hangers of the garage, if left alone the door could fall off the track.
