• What are they doing for the community?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise any customer to consider the company and individual that shows up at their door:

• Genuine?
• Validating your concerns?
• Taking the additional time to explain the scope of work?
• Provide brochures of the product they sale?
• Appreciate the customer or just another job?

What is our process when working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer it starts by listening and understanding their situation. Providing them options based on their situation and budge. Each option will be explained, while answering all of their questions and concerns. By providing the customer with the knowledge about each option will only help in making the right choice for them.

What should the customer know about our pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There may be concerns around our pricing being lower than the competitors. Let's discuss those and put them to rest.

• They have hidden cost.
• They charge to come out and provide an estimate.
• The quality of work is below standard.
• They must be selling builder grade or used parts.

We are not the cell phone company nor do we plan on billing like them. The estimate we provide we stand by. It may be ideal to charge to come inspect your garage door or opener problem but we don't. In the future if we do we will post it and notify customer's over the phone. I've been working on garage doors and openers for over 12 years. I believe in quality, durability, and easy to program. Even though I have over a decade in the industry, my main focus is more on the customers and building a community. 

As the professionals we are not able to see your specific issue or potential problems over the phone. Which is why it is best to schedule an appointment. Upon arrival, I will reassess the problem. In most cases the estimate provided covers the cost of repair or upgrade. In those few instances where additional cost is needed, we will walk through it together while I point out and explain the reason for additional charges. If you are not prepared for the additional charges I will leave a FEE ESTIMATE for when you're ready.
